Reservations

• Minimum 3 night stay.

• Checkin between 1-3 PM Central Time.

• Checkout between 8-11 AM Central Time.

• Payments can be made via cash, credit, ApplePay, PayPal, or Venmo (additional tranaction fee may apply for non-cash payments).

• Pets (Cats and Dogs):  There is a $100USD non-refundable fee per pet, independent of length of stay.  We allow a maximum of 2 small pets (<=25lbs) for an extra fee of $5 per day per pet for stays longer than 7 days.  

• $200USD refundable hold (deposit) on credit card or cash for stays less than 7 days.

• $350USD refundable hold (deposit) on credit card or cash for stays 8-14 days.

• $500USD refundable hold (deposit) on credit card or cash for stays 15-30 days.

• Monthly rate refundable hold (deposit) on credit card or cash for stays > 30 days.

• Payment for stays < 30 days is due in full prior to or upon arrival.

• Payment for stays >= 30 days are due in full prior to or upon arrival for the first 30 days, and then at the beginning of each renewal period.

• Multi-month rentals are avaiable and prices can be discussed with the property manager.

• If the reservation is canceled, for any reason, less than 72 hours prior to stay, deposit will not be refunded.

• Reserving / Paying guest must be at least 18 years of age with proper identification (passport, driver's license, or other government issued identification).

• For stays longer than one week, weekly cleaning, including towels and linens, is available for an additional $30USD per week.

• Other than towels and linens, the property should be left clean, if not a cleaning fee of $50USD will be deducted from the deposit.

Casa Rules

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction from premises and loss of all payments.

• The house is in a residential area and noise is not allowed before 7AM or after 10PM every day.

• Smoking is allowed in front of the house, outside, away from entrances to ensure the house is free of smoke.    

• Smoking is NOT allowed in the pool area.

• Visitors are allowed only with written (email or text) permission from the owner.

• Visitors are not to be given any keys or access codes to the property.

• Additional guests may be allowed by offering to pay an additional fee - discuss with property manager. 

• Parties are not allowed.

• Pets:

  • Pets are not to be left unattended at the house.  

  • Pets are not allowed to be at the swimming pool area or on beds, sofas, tables, or countertops.

  • If pets are relieved on the front yard, you are required to pick up after them EACH time.
